What are things you have learned from your career?
I have actually learned a lot from KEYENCE as this is the first workplace of my life after graduating from the university. Being a Sales Engineer at KEYENCE, we are not only selling our products, but also need to solve problems for customers. Due to that, I have faced many different problems every day. It is very challenging. Some problems seem to be extremely difficult to solve, but I try to be positive and keep thinking that “We can do it, don’t give up. Every problem has a solution”. With that mindset, we are always able to find a way for it.
Therefore, this career at KEYENCE has taught me not only knowledge, but also to be a better person with more positive mindset.
What makes you always keep improving yourself at KEYENCE?
First thing that has always made me improve myself is our ‘customers’. As I said, we don’t just sell products to customers, we also need to solve any problems for them. I know that my customers always trust in me and also expect me to find solutions for them. When I feel like that, I want to improve myself to be a good Sales Engineer who can always support them.
Another thing is my colleagues. Everyone at KEYENCE has strong enthusiasm and passion to improve themselves as always. This kind of environment has pushed me forward and has created my passion to always improve myself as well.
How are KEYENCE people?
They couldn’t be better. KEYENCE is like a big family for me. We all get along well and it’s such a warm welcome as always at KEYENCE. Friendliness, kindness and a supportive atmosphere are very common things I found here.
Everyone is friendly and has a willingness to support each other all the time. I’m very impressed that everyone here goes through everything together. At KEYENCE, a person’s position doesn’t matter. My supervisor, senior or colleagues, we always feel free to talk to each other regardless of their position. Moreover, KEYENCE people are always eager to learn new things, to improve themselves continuously and to grow together professionally.
