What are your job responsibilities?
As an Assistant Sales Manager, my main responsibilities are to communicate with customers, sell products, provide consultations, find new customers, follow up on customer satisfaction, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with my team. These tasks help me build strong relationships and drive business growth. I am also responsible for overseeing the progress of new team members and collaborating with them to achieve our targets, ensuring we all work towards the same goals in a unified direction.

What is your motivation for working at KEYENCE?
I’m motivated to work as a sales representative because I have opportunities for career growth, and build meaningful relationships with customers. I enjoy solving their problems and appreciate the independence and variety that the job offers.

I find great value in working towards shared goals, knowing that my efforts not only support individual customer satisfaction but also contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
