Cautions When Upgrading the BT-1000 Series

The firmware for the BT-1010 differs from that for the BT-1000. Download the firmware that is compatible with your terminal model. Users not using a BT Smart Browser should download the latest regular version of the terminal firmware. When changing the terminal firmware from the regular version to the BT Smart Browser compatible version or vice versa, all files on the BT-1000 Series and system settings will be erased. So, be sure to back up required data before starting an update.
